Access and AI: Content design at Meta

Much of my work at Meta is confidential, but I can share some general info about what I did:

  • Content design leadership: Led content design and optimization for account access growth projects, contributing to a substantial increase in monthly active users and measurable cost savings.
  • Voice and tone leadership: Served as a tone lead for my org, using my extensive knowledge of the org’s tone guide to help other content designers create tone variants to test in A/B or multivariate content experiments, ensuring that we used our org’s tone framework in empathetic and effective ways.
  • AI training: Wrote prompts for AI training and fine-tuned based on the model’s feedback, which gave me experience in a new and emerging field.
  • UI content development: Created mobile and web UI content for cross-app account access user flows, generating content for new flows and collaborating with design, UXR, and other product teams to launch a seamless experience of login and account recovery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partnered with cross-functional product teams including engineers, data analysts, designers, and researchers.
  • Accessibility and localization: Crafted content to meet accessibility and localization requirements while following established style frameworks.
