• Developing mobile and web UI content for cross-app account access user flows, collaborating with design, UXR, and other product teams to launch a seamless experience of login and account recovery.
• Conducting Growth experiments to optimize content. As a tone lead for my org, I’m especially interested in tone variants.
• Writing prompts for AI training.
